Technology is supposed to simplify our lives, right?  But do you ever find yourself entering the same data in various databases or wishing that your software had more automated features?  With the right integrations, you can boost productivity and revenue by eliminating multiple data entries and utilizing automated features.

Integration is the communication that automatically takes place between databases and software.  For example, a business may have a customer relationship management (CRM) app in which you can update a customer’s address.  If your CRM is fully automated with your accounting software, such as QuickBooks, you don’t have to open up your accounting software and enter the new address again.

Integrations also allow for the automation of emails, reports, and so much more.  A business might allow customers to log in to their account and update their credit card information.  With the power of automation, an email could automatically be sent to the customer to verify the credit card update.
